6 Best Hand Blenders

Soups, smoothies, sauces — there’s a lot you can do using a hand blender.  And compared to some conventional jug blender, they are sometimes a lot more convenient too: simply stick it into your pan and off you go.

Hand blenders take up less space in your kitchen, make less washing up and mean there is no food wastage – it is always a pain not being able to get the final dregs out of a jug blender.

But a lot of today’s hand blenders are considerably more than only a stick.  Lots arrive with miniature food processor and whisk attachments too, which while giving you multiple appliances in a single, are likewise not as dinky as you may want.  An adequate blender should be powerful, not too loudly and clean too -a lot of those out that spray food and drink up the walls of your kitchen and are so loudly they would wake your neighbors, let alone your family members and housemates.

Here are some best Hand blenders

1-Kenwood Triblade System Pro Hand Blender

With six different attachments, there’s hardly any this blender can’t do.  It may also be a masher, a whisk, a chopper and a grinder.  It’s amazingly versatile but also easy to use.

2-Philips Daily Collection Hand Blender HR1604/01

This blender is simple in every sense, there is just 1 attachment and speed, and it’s quite simple to use.  Although it doesn’t come with many additional parts, it does come with a small mixing jug.  It’s big enough to make a smoothie for one so would be good for a person on a budget who would like to make a liquid breakfast in the afternoon.

3-KitchenAid Artisan Cordless Hand Blender

This is part of the Artisan range that’s best known for its trendy, retro-inspired stand mixer.  This cordless blender stands out from the bunch since you’re free to mix away from an electrical socket.  It’s a little removable charger however you do need to wait some time for it to control up though, which may be annoying if you would like soup and you want it now.  To fully charge the battery requires three hours, but that lasts only so long without recharging.  Available in three colours — red, silver or cream — the design is slick and stylish.  It has five distinct speeds and comes with three interchangeable stainless steel blades, a whisk and a mini food-chopper.  Easy to use as well.

4-Lakeland Stainless Steel Stick Hand Blender

With a handy bag to keep all the parts together along with also a slick stainless steel design, this can be a practical option.  With different attachments allowing you to blend, chop and whisk, you get a great deal for your money and may use this for the likes of soups and cake mixes.  It’s strong with its 800W motor and will whizz a soup at no time (quicker than a number of the less powerful blenders), just be certain you have enough in the pan as we get some splashing.  The speed is changed with a dial which allows you to control the electricity easily.  It also will come with a blending jug, miniature food processor and whisk.

5-Dualit 700W Hand Blender

This slick, modern-looking blender includes measuring jugs, a chopper bowl and garnish too, letting you puree baby food and whip up meringues as well as blend sauces and smoothies.  Using a dial to increase the power, this one effectively blended up both chunky apple and skillet, making a totally smooth smoothie.  It seems more expensive in comparison to the others of a similar price, and despite being one of the least powerful at 700W, functioned effectively.

6-Morphy Richards Total Control Hand Blender Collection

What is unique about this blender is its own precision control trigger — the harder you press on the button, the faster it goes, which makes it easy to raise speed and power.  What’s more, it also has eight speeds along with also a turbo boost, which appeared powerful despite its relatively low 650W.  Another distinguishing aspect of this blender is its anti-splash head -we were amazed to find it really didn’t splatter at all.  Included in a set with attachments that enable you to mash and thicken also, it’s good value for money.  Unfortunately it is not especially trendy.
